From skeptic to superfan

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with great water pressure was great.

Street noise disrupted my sleep, and the breakfast offerings felt average, lacking freshness and variety.

Clean hotel in a nice building short walk to all the great places and the center of Vicenza, military installation, bus stop and many eating establishments. Good service and great value. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

location so close to '' downtown '' venice and sites in the area. amazingly nice and best staff, great services with free wake up service and ironing.

The staff was attentive, providing helpful tips for nearby dining options. The room was clean, equipped with a small fridge, and the breakfast offered a good variety that really set a positive tone for my days.

Street noise can be bothersome.

Very close to the us Army base and walking distance to resaurants. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. Good breakfast buffet, especially for Italy.

The power went out late at night, which is not the hotel's fault, however there were emergency flourescent lights that came on during the power outage and they were located right over the bed. Not a good idea!

1. The young man at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. He told us everything that we needed to know. 2. The decor of the room was nice and well maintained. 3. The water was consistently hot and there were no problems with the shower or sink drains. I recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again if I am in the area.

The pillows are thin and hard.

Excellent location next to the base with only a few hundred meter walk to the main gate. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and spoke good English. Easy parking and good breakfast. Directions, information, and good recommendations provided by staff. 5 min drive to historic city center and piazza.

Friendly, attentive staff

The staff goes out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. Excellent customer service. We had no maintenance problems during our 30-day stay. Excellent facilities. You cannot beat the breakfast. A hidden gem. "Scary" rhymes with "Mary" so people sometimes say Scary Mary. We stayed in one of the suites and it was nice.

The price for breakfast is unrealistic.

The stuff is friendly and the hotel is nice. I stayed one night in this hotel and it was a good choice.

Internet expires after 5-6 hours and you need to take a new password

Convenient public transport links, proximity to Caserma Ederle, lively neighborhood scene

Noise from the street routinely disrupted my sleep!!! The small bathrooms felt cramped and lacking adequate space, inconvenient !!! The inconsistent internet services proved frustrating!!!

The hotel staff was polite and helpful at checkin and at breakfast.

The rooms were hot upon arrival and took a long time to cool off with the AC available. Once the room started to cool off (11pm) the electricity went out in the entire hotel causing the emergency lights in the rooms to come on, which made it difficult to sleep. When the electricity came back on, any lights left on came back on as well as tv's and such! I also had to move the furniture around in order to use the pull out sofa bed.

Easy access to the center of the city and a great place to eat just around the corner.
